I am really pleased with the quality of the bistro set but really disappointed with customer service. I rang after receiving the bistro set because the legs of the table weren’t even. I was told to take a photo of the table and e mail it, which I did, and a month later still haven’t had a reply. Really disappointed.

I placed an order no. 984117 Back in July. Order received promptly however there should have been 12 hooks to hang the pergola curtains up and there was only 8 !! Therefore I have been unable to hang one curtain up. Tried to phone but always about 20 in queue! E mail sent no reply. Phoned last Saturday got through immediately shock! Spoke to Lyn who brought up the order and said she would check if they had the hooks in stock or contact manufacturer if not and would call me Monday. NO call received !!!!! Have no idea if this is been dealt with and again no. 18 in queue when I try to call. They must seem to have a lot of queries !!!!Very dissatisfied with customer service. Realise these are difficult times b4 you come back with that but you need to deal with the customers who have paid good money to you and thus avoid bad reviews as the ones below confirm !!!!

Brilliant service. Mega fast delivery and lovely product. Will definitely shop here again and would highly recommend.

Good customer service, although I haven’t got hold of what I ordered (Kettler cantilever parasol) due to the colour of the canopy in the box not matching the order, this was not the fault of Garden4less and they were helpful in obtaining a replacement and arranging collection. Unfortunately the replacement from Kettler was also not the colour ordered and had to be returned and a refund obtained. Nevertheless I would use Garden4less again and found their staff helpful and available to speak to when required.

Ordered water feature and they took payment, waited a week and no email or item received. Called twice to chase only to be told they could not find item in warehouse. Promised refund but that took them 3 days to get round to. Seems when they get order they dont communicate with warehouse and dont check if been sent to client, which is a simple process. I was not aware that covid affected email communications between staff, seems to be an excuse these days.


I bought a Hartman Berkeley dining set - the set was delivered recently, is beautiful and I am thrilled.There was a hitch with a bent leg but a replacement was dispatched immediately and a couple of other requests were dealt with smoothly and efficiently. Customer Service at Garden4less is Five Star and I will recommend to anybody who will listen. Thank you.Jane Case

When we ordered the items we were informed about the delay before we could receive them. We were kept informed as to progress and the courier firm duly notified us of the delivery date. The chairs were in perfect condition and I have no hesitation in giving a five star rating to Gardens4less.

Only complaint is the 2 and a half months it took to get delivery of my storage box. Didn't get updates on where my order was up to either.

Order number 957197 place 25th May 2020 estimated delivery early August. Payment was taken (nearly £900) nearly 3 months ago and we are yet to receive our order. 5 emails have been ignored and like so many others on this review site we have had no response, no goods received to date and any attempt at a telephone call indicates a 2 hour wait. Please can we have our goods or at the very least the courtesy of an update. Saddened to have to send a review...not my usual style ..but don’t know how else to get a response! Ever hopeful.Please do not simply respond with your pat answer as you have with other complaints on this site but contact us direct.

Order no 973602Ordered a chair in June with delivery time in early August. No contact whatsoever from the company to date, no answer to emails and excessive waiting time on the phone with no way through to a rep. Still no chair and we are now in mid-August, while the money was taken straight away (and they were still advertising them in July as available for early August with plenty of stock). Avoid as you won’t get the product as advertised.

Took my money back in June saying item would be available for delivery mid August - i emailed them to confirm an estimated delivery date and they cancelled the order - wondering if they are scamming keeping peoples money until they enquire

My order was due to arrive in late July however I've had no comms from Gardens 4 Less since the day of my order. I've attempted to call however can't get through. I appreciate it has been difficult time of late however we are now 5 months in and I'd expect at the very least regular updates to manage expectations. Other websites I have used over this period have kept me informed if they were going to miss the expected delivery date. If you can't fulfil orders then don't accept them. Simple.
